The role requires 5+ years in software engineering, leadership, and hands-on delivery across global teams. You will develop Python services, integrate with SAP/Oracle, and guide architectural decisions while collaborating with US and India stakeholders.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of software engineering with production-grade delivery.
• Experience designing AI-enabled platforms or workflow/orchestration systems.
• Strong technical leadership to guide architecture and engineering decisions.
• Hands-on delivery across distributed stakeholders and time zones.
• CI/CD automation and release management with Azure DevOps.
• Gemini Enterprise experience for agent development and platform use.
• Strong Python skills to build integrations and services.
• Integration skills with SAP/Oracle databases.
• Strong communication to align requirements and explain tradeoffs.
• Upper-Intermediate English (B2) for daily collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Design the agentic orchestrator and workflow architecture for supplier compliance verification.
• Build the initial validation pipeline using flat-file checks and auditable rule execution.
• Implement agent development workflows using Gemini Enterprise capabilities.
• Set up CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps to automate build, test, and deployment.
• Define authentication and access patterns to support secure usage.
• Develop Python-based services and APIs for orchestration and integrations.
• Plan integration approach for future connectivity to SAP and Oracle systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across US and India time zones to refine requirements.
• Write maintainable code and engineering docs for long-term evolution.
• Troubleshoot platform issues and improve reliability, performance, and observability.
