Job Summary: Be responsible for developing, maintaining a strategy, and managing a Category Excellence Team to source a competitive and cost-effective limited portfolio of raw materials across all manufacturing plants, in accordance with GP policies and procedures, while meeting financial and non-financial targets.

Responsibilities/Description:

• Excellent procurement experience in responsible products and working in a matrix environment.
• Recognized expert with product knowledge and contacts in key supply markets.
• Strong knowledge of business practices, financial concepts, and procurement best practices.
• Expertise in AT Kearney 7-step strategic sourcing methodology for global sourcing.
• Knowledge of global procurement policies.
• Experience with Ariba e-sourcing and project management.
• Strong project management, leadership, and presentation skills; people management experience required.
• Certifications such as CPSM or SPSM in supply chain or procurement excellence.
• Experience in developing and managing supplier relationships globally.
• Engaging cross-functionally with R&D, Commercial, Creation, Production, Quality, etc.
• Excellent communication skills in English and ability to interact globally.
• Proven ability to plan and manage complex projects and lead through influence in matrix organizations.
• Representation skills for external engagement.
• Talent leveraging, influence, and team dynamics management skills.
• Ability to handle ambiguity and explain it to others; coaching and mentoring capabilities.
• Ability to motivate, engage, and challenge organizational members.
• Fostering a learning environment and sharing knowledge actively.
• Providing guidance and coaching across departments.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree or higher, >10 years of experience, >7 years in similar roles, CPSM or SPSM certification or related in supply chain or procurement excellence.
