• 8+ years of experience as a Flavourist in relevant categories.
• Strong knowledge of emulsions and flavour release systems.

Now it's your time to create those joyful moments. As Senior Flavourist, you will manage flavour development projects to ensure successful creation process in cooperation with customers, according to our goals and policies. You'll create flavours for food applications in the beverage, confectionery, biscuit and dairy sectors, complying with the processes required to exceed the needs and satisfaction of our customers and consumers. You'll report to the ANCAM region Creation Manager.

Even though you will be based in Bogota, Colombia, working fully onsite, the vacancy is open for applicants from other Latam countries such as Brazil, Argentina, Mexico and Peru.

In this exciting role your main responsibilities will be:

• Ensure that the creation of new flavours meets the needs of our region customers to maintain our leadership position and ensure the expected growth.
• Implement global programs on new technologies developed to keep us at the forefront of changes in the food industry.
• Consolidate our ties with customers through scheduled visits and electronic contact to ensure the application of our flavours in new developments in the beverage, confectionery, biscuit and dairy categories.
• Ensure that the established growth assigned to the creations area is met.
• Implement the activities of the creations manager to ensure smooth processes in the creations area.
• Participate in EHS management system activities to strengthen their safety performance and health at work.
• Ensure service-level agreements processes for new formulations.

Your professional profile must include:

• University degree in the fields of Chemistry or Foods, with specialization in flavour creation.
• At least 8 years of experience as a Flavourist in beverage, confectionery, biscuit or dairy categories.
• Knowledge of emulsions process, flavour release systems and chemistry.
• Advanced level of English, both oral and written.
