Position Overview: The Lab Filtration Sales Specialist is responsible for growing sales of lab filtration products in their designated territory, focusing on new and recurring business across customer segments. The role requires understanding market dynamics, customer needs, and Cytiva’s genomics and lab filtration product portfolio.

This role reports to the Discovery and Medical Latam Leader, is part of the Discovery and Medical team based in Brazil, and is fully remote.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop strong customer relationships by providing workflow solutions and becoming a trusted advisor.
  • Achieve or exceed sales objectives for the Lab Filtration portfolio, including market development and product introduction.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers to demonstrate Cytiva’s capabilities and support their proficiency in the portfolio.
  • Build business strategies, partner with colleagues and distributors to meet revenue goals.
  • Forecast sales pipeline accurately using Salesforce.com.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences or equivalent experience. Willingness to travel within the territory.
  • At least 4 years of successful experience in sales, marketing, or technical support within biotech/pharma/life sciences research or academic labs.
  • Proven account management and project planning skills.
  • Proficiency in English and Portuguese and/or Spanish.
  • Excellent communication skills for presenting complex ideas clearly.

Travel & Requirements:

  • Ability to travel approximately 40%, including overnight stays.
  • Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience with Pall and Cytiva filtration products.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce.com or similar CRM systems.
  • Strong independence, influencing, interpersonal, and networking skills.
