We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Sales Specialist, based in São Paulo (Brazil), that aiming to grow and manage the current customer portfolio, mostly small and medium accounts for the Packaging Portfolio in Brazil.
Responsibilities:
Make the customer journey and experience inside Dow: easy, effective and enjoyable. Deliver against CXI targets.
Understand the customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain share market.
Negotiation is key and daily routine: Agility in managing prices across the customer portfolio maximizing variable margin.
Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
Search new product development opportunities within the market.
Maintain customer relationships and expand network to different levels within a customer’s organization.
Execute sales/marketing plan, delivering in volume and value. Develop the sales plan aligned to the marketing plan in coordination with other functions.
Develop sales forecasts in coordination with Production and Supply Chain.
Collects and utilizes market intelligence to shape sales plan. Get and analyze data to take decisions about new product development.
Collaborates with other functions and stakeholders to deliver CX results.
Qualifications
5 years of prior experience in combination of Sales, Technical or marketing.
Strong negotiation skills and commercial background.
Resiliency and fight for growth mindset.
Builds excellent relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
Focuses on both the short-term results and long-term goals.
Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication in Portuguese and English.
