Adaptive Teams is seeking a hands-on Klaviyo expert to own email and SMS marketing for an e-commerce consumer products business. You will build campaigns, automate customer journeys, segment audiences, and use data to drive repeat purchases and revenue.

Location is LatAm - Fully Remote. You will collaborate with creative and e-commerce teams on messaging, offers, and campaign assets, and run extensive A/B testing to optimize performance.

Qualificações

• Hands-on Klaviyo experience with B2C campaigns.
• Proven email and SMS marketing in e-commerce or DTC.
• Experience building automated flows and journeys.
• Strong segmentation, personalization, and lifecycle understanding.
• Ability to analyze revenue, open/click, and retention metrics.

Responsabilidades

• Own email and SMS marketing strategy and execution in Klaviyo.
• Build, schedule, test, and optimize promotional campaigns.
• Create and improve automated flows (welcome, abandoned cart, browse, post-purchase, win-back, retention).

• Manage calendars around promotions and launches.

• Run A/B tests on subject lines, content, offers, timing, and audiences.
• Monitor deliverability and list health.

Your Mission: Day to Day Responsibilities

• Own email and SMS marketing strategy and execution in Klaviyo.
• Build, schedule, test, and optimize promotional campaigns.
• Create and improve automated flows, including welcome, abandoned cart, browse abandonment, post-purchase, win-back, and retention.
• Segment audiences based on customer behavior, purchase history, and engagement.
• Manage campaign calendars around promotions, launches, and key selling periods.
• Partner with creative and e-commerce teams on messaging, offers, and campaign assets.
• Run A/B tests across subject lines, content, offers, timing, and audiences.
• Monitor deliverability and list health.
• Track revenue, conversion, engagement, and retention performance.
• Use performance data to continuously improve email and SMS results.

Your Toolbox: Skills to be Successful

• Strong hands-on experience with Klaviyo.
• Proven email and SMS marketing experience in e-commerce or DTC.
• Experience building sophisticated automated flows and customer journeys.
• Strong understanding of segmentation, personalization, and lifecycle marketing.
• Comfortable analyzing revenue, conversion, open, click, and retention metrics.
• Strong copy, merchandising, and promotional instincts.
• Experience with A/B testing and campaign optimization.
• Understanding of email/SMS deliverability and compliance best practices.
• Experience marketing consumer products is a plus.
