ExxonMobil is seeking an IT Functional Analyst to support Supply Chain Planning solutions, including Kinaxis RapidResponse and integrations with SAP. You will bridge business needs and technical teams, ensuring reliable operations and ongoing improvements across a global organization.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into RapidResponse configurations, participate in projects, and help deliver end-to-end solutions that drive operational excellence.

Qualificações

• Kinaxis RapidResponse expertise, ideally with Contributor and Author II certification or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to investigate data and optimize performance within Kinaxis.
• Experience supporting Supply Chain Planning/Execution with a solid understanding of business processes.

Responsabilidades

• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into Functional RapidResponse specifications.
• Ensure best practices in design, configuration, IT solutions and maintenance of applications.
• Implement and support interfaces between RapidResponse and SAP/Cloud systems.
• Validate and test solutions to meet quality standards and gather user feedback for improvements.
• Update solution documentation and workflows for knowledge transfer within teams.

What role you will play in our team

We are looking for an IT Functional Analyst to join our global team supporting Supply Chain Planning solutions, including Kinaxis RapidResponse and its integrations with SAP and other business-critical systems.

In this role, you will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, helping to translate business requirements into effective solutions. You will support ongoing operations, drive enhancements, participate in projects, and contribute to the continuous improvement of applications used across our global organization. Through collaboration, problem-solving, and innovation, you will help deliver solutions that support business objectives and operational excellence.

What you will do

• Collaborate with key stakeholders (both Business and IT professionals) to gather and analyze business requirements and translating them into Functional Rapid Response specifications through product configurations, programs, reports and interfaces, ranging from Medium to High level complexity.
• Ensure that best practices are followed in design, configuration, IT solutions and maintenance of application.
• Apply increasingly complex mathematical models to improve customer Supply Chain performance and achieve business objectives.
• Implement and support interfaces between RapidResponse and various SAP and Cloud systems
• Conduct thorough validation and testing of solutions to ensure they meet quality standards and fulfill user requirements, capture user feedback and consult the Solution Architect or SI on best approach to resolve unusual roadblocks
• Provide support and guidance to Business users during the implementation, testing and post-implementation phases, to ensure the customer understands the solution and how it integrates into their Supply Chain management objectives and practices, and addressing any issues or concerns that may arise.
• Update solution documentation, workflows, and system configurations to ensure comprehensive understanding and facilitate knowledge transfer within teams and contribute to process improvements for future requirements.
• Participate in project planning, estimation, and risk management to ensure successful key project deliverables within scope, budget, and timeline.
• Act as a liaison between key business stakeholders and technical teams in facilitating clear communication and coordination throughout the project lifecycle.
• Utilize Agile frameworks and tools to plan, execute, and steward work progress.

About you

Skills and Qualifications:

• Kinaxis RapidResponse expertise, ideally with Contributor and Author II certification or equivalent hands-on experience supporting planning solutions in complex enterprise environments.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate data, identify configuration issues, and optimize performance within the Kinaxis Planning platform.
• Experience supporting Supply Chain Planning and/or Supply Chain Execution applications, with a solid understanding of business processes and operational workflows.
• Knowledge of SAP ERP and supply chain processes, including areas such as Supply Planning, Demand Planning, and Production Planning.
• Industry experience in Oil & Gas and familiarity with logistics and transportation processes, including marine, rail, and pipeline operations, is highly valued.
• Experience with SAP Trader's & Scheduler's Workbench (TSW) or advanced expertise in SAP Sales & Distribution (SD), particularly within the Oil & Gas sector.
• Familiarity with integration technologies and data flows, including tools such as Apache NiFi, to support seamless connectivity across business applications.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with both business and technical stakeholders in a global environment.
