About The Role
The Key Account Coordinator – Citrus will be responsible for developing and leading direct commercial relationships with Brazil's leading citrus grower groups. This strategic role focuses on building long-term partnerships while maximizing the company's portfolio presence and performance within these key accounts.
The primary mission of this position is to accelerate sales growth by expanding the product portfolio, increasing on-farm penetration, and developing customized solutions that address customers' specific needs.
Key Duties and Responsibilities Strategic Account Management
- Develop and execute customized strategic account plans for Brazil's leading citrus grower groups.
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within customer organizations.
- Map customer organizational structures and decision-making processes.
Business Development
- Increase the company's share of wallet within assigned accounts.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities and drive the adoption of new products and technologies.
- Develop tailored value propositions for each customer and grower group.
Complex Sales Management
- Lead negotiations involving multiple internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage long and technically complex sales cycles.
- Take a consultative sales approach, connecting customer needs with the company's solutions.
Relationship Management and Industry Influence
- Build and strengthen relationships with consultants, agronomists, and technical influencers within the citrus industry.
- Position the company as a trusted strategic partner and technical reference for key customer groups.
Cross-Functional Collaboration and Execution
- Work closely with Marketing, Technical Services, Supply Chain, and Pricing teams to develop competitive customer solutions.
- Proactively leverage internal resources—including field trials, technical data, and commercial programs—to support account growth.
- Monitor account performance and ensure successful execution of agreed business plans.
Performance Management
- Track sales performance, profitability, and market share within strategic accounts.
- Prepare sales forecasts and action plans to achieve business objectives.
- Maintain disciplined pipeline and opportunity management.

- Strong ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- An established network within citrus grower groups, agricultural consultants, or industry influencers is highly desirable.
- High level of credibility, engagement, and technical/commercial influence.

Additional Requirements
- Willingness to travel frequently and maintain a strong field presence.
Education Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Agronomy, Agricultural Engineering, Agribusiness Management, or a related field.
- A postgraduate degree or MBA in Agribusiness, Commercial Management, Marketing, or a related discipline is considered an advantage.
Experience Requirements
- Proven B2B sales experience in agribusiness, preferably within the citrus or perennial crops segment.
- Demonstrated success managing key accounts or strategic customers.
- Strong knowledge of the Brazilian citrus market, including major grower groups, production dynamics, and purchasing decision processes.
- Familiarity with agricultural input portfolios, including crop protection products, fertilizers, biologicals, and specialty products.
- Hybrid work environment combining in-person and virtual activities.
- Dynamic, collaborative corporate environment with frequent cross-functional interaction.
- Results-oriented culture focused on strategic planning and data-driven decision-making.
