Corteva Agriscience is seeking a Regional Indirect Procurement Manager to join our Brazil team. You will partner with suppliers, local stakeholders, and category leaders to ensure supply continuity and deliver value across the region.

Translate global category strategies into regional execution, lead supplier reviews, and monitor performance to drive continuous improvement and risk mitigation. Fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese with 3+ years in procurement is preferred.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Procurement or related field.
• Fluency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese (oral and written).
• 3+ years in sourcing, procurement, supply chain, project management, or related field.
• Proficiency with SAP, Ariba, Power-BI, and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsabilidades

• Support sourcing initiatives, contract implementation, and supplier compliance activities across the region.
• Foster collaborative relationships between suppliers and regional stakeholders for alignment and long-term value creation.
• Translate category strategies into operational supplier engagement activities that support regional requirements.
• Lead regular supplier business reviews and performance discussions to drive continuous improvement and risk mitigation.
• Communicate regional category updates, market intelligence, supplier developments, and supply challenges to category leaders.
• Support regional supplier negotiations, qualifications, onboarding activities, and issue resolution.
• Monitor supplier performance, capacity, and risk to ensure supply continuity and operational excellence.
• Utilize data and analytics to identify opportunities, support decision-making, and measure regional supplier and category performance.

• Support regional supplier negotiations, qualifications, onboarding activities, and issue resolution.

• Utilize data and analytics to identify opportunities, support decision-making, and measure regional supplier and category performance.

What We’re Looking For

• BA/BS degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Procurement or a related field.
• Fluency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese, both oral and written.
• A minimum of three (3) or more years of experience in sourcing, procurement, supply chain, project management, or a related field.
• Proficiency with procurement and business systems such as SAP, Ariba, Power-BI, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive timely execution.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting regional or global procurement organizations.
• Exposure to indirect procurement categories and sourcing activities.
• Knowledge of supplier performance management, supplier business reviews, and SRM programs.
