Jobtailor is seeking a detail-oriented Finance Clerk in São Paulo to handle bank reconciliations for the company’s checking account and support AP/AR processes. The role collaborates with the Collections team and participates in audits with a focus on accuracy and organized documentation.

The ideal candidate holds a relevant bachelor's degree, advanced Microsoft Office skills, and knowledge of SAP. This is a full-time position with opportunities to grow within the finance team.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Logistics, or a related field.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of SAP.

Responsabilidades

• Perform bank reconciliations for the company’s checking account.
• Support the Collections team with the reconciliation of billing files and Accounts Payable items.
• Provide support during external and internal audits.
• Support Accounts Receivable with the consolidation of identified deposits.
