Jobtailor in São Paulo is seeking a recruitment operations professional to manage end-to-end processes with team leaders and hiring managers, organizing schedules, timelines, and deadlines to keep candidates moving smoothly.

You will track metrics, create simple reports and dashboards, align candidate profiles with leadership using market data, lead interviews, and help improve workflows while supporting DEI initiatives.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
• Experience in consultancies or fast-paced environments.
• Desirable: knowledge of project management tools (Trello, Asana, etc.).
• Some experience creating dashboards.
• Experience in Talent Attraction and Selection with involvement in all hiring stages.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Comfort with numbers and recruitment metrics.
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with managers and candidates.
• Proactive, solution-oriented with a critical eye for process improvement.

Responsabilidades

• Support end-to-end management of recruitment processes in partnership with team leadership and hiring managers.
• Act as the focal point for organizing schedules, timelines and deadlines, ensuring a smooth process for candidates and hiring managers.
• Structure and keep recruitment metrics up to date (time-to-fill, candidate funnel, sourcing channels).
• Assist in creating simple reports and dashboards to provide visibility into recruitment progress.
• Support alignment of candidate profiles with leadership using market data and insights.
• Lead panel interviews and conduct candidate interviews.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows and help implement practical solutions.
• Contribute to DEI committee initiatives for fair, data-driven processes.
