Pipefy is seeking a hands-on professional to design and model process solutions for enterprise clients using Pipefy. You will translate customer needs into Pipefy, deliver great solutions and support key customers while collaborating with the sales team.

You will be hands-on, collaborative, and analytical, translating customer requirements into Pipefy workflows and integrations, including Workato, to improve client success and drive adoption.

Responsabilidades

• Design and model process solutions for enterprise clients using Pipefy.

• Create integrations in Workato and manage delivery SLAs and metrics.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.

Job Description:

In this position you will be responsible for designing and modelling process solutions for enterprise clients using Pipefy. Your mission will be to translate our customers needs into Pipefy, delivering great solutions and giving support to some of our most important customers. You will also need to collaborate closely with our sales team. We expect you to be hands on, collaborative, analytical and capable of translating our customer needs into Pipefy while enjoying the ride.

Main Responsibilities:

• Creating customized workflow solutions based on customer’s process documentations
• Understanding customers needs and establishing solutions within Pipefy to address those needs Presenting quality product demonstrations
• Being able to assist customers and leads with product-related doubts
• Managing your deliverables with consistency meeting daily deliveries, SLAs, FUPs
• Understanding your metrics, what they mean and how to improve them
• Participating in hypothesis and project tasks
• Maintaining respectable and efficient relationships with customers
• Create integrations in Workato

Requirements:

It would be awesome if you have:

• Worked in startups or agile environments
• GraphQL or other API knowledge skills
• Low-code/No code iPaaS experience such as Workato
• SQL
