AgileEngine is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to source and screen top IT candidates and build a strong pipeline for critical positions. The role requires 1+ year of recruiting experience or a similar client-facing role, plus experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and advanced English.

You will screen candidates, build pipelines, manage data with precision, and proactively source top talent through diverse channels, including networking and referrals.

ABOUT THE ROLE

MUST HAVES

• Advanced English communication skills with a positive and open-minded attitude.
• 1+ year of successful recruiting experience or similar customer/client-facing roles.
• Affinity towards technology and experience with Applicant Tracking Systems.
• Elevated self-awareness and aptitude to develop new skills.
• A passion for teamwork and leveraging opportunities.
