AgileEngine is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to source and screen top IT candidates and build a robust pipeline for critical roles.

You will carry out candidate screenings, assess skills and cultural fit, manage data with precision, and proactively identify world-class talent through online platforms, networking, and referrals.

Must have 1+ year recruiting experience or equivalent client-facing work, experience with ATS, and advanced English; flexible remote/office options offered.
