AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to source and screen IT candidates and build a strong pipeline for critical roles. You will assess skills, culture fit, and communicate with clients to understand hiring needs.

In this role you will use ATS systems, conduct screenings, and develop a diverse pipeline. A positive, proactive mindset and fluent English are essential for collaborating with global teams and Fortune 500 projects.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to source and screen top IT candidates and build a strong pipeline for critical positions.

The mandatory requirements are 1+ year of recruiting experience or a similar client-facing role, experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, and an advanced English level.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Carry out the candidates’ screenings and provide an assessment of their skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Build a robust pipeline of candidates to submit to the clients, prioritizing quality over quantity.
• Manage candidate data and track progress with a keen sense for detail.
• Proactively source and identify world-class candidates through various channels, including online platforms, networking, and referrals, with a dedicated approach.

MUST HAVES

• Advanced English communication skills with a positive and open-minded attitude.
• 1+ year of successful recruiting experience or similar customer/client-facing roles.
• Affinity towards technology and experience with Applicant Tracking Systems.
• Elevated self-awareness and aptitude to develop new skills.
• A passion for teamwork and leveraging opportunities.

• Experience within the IT industry as a Recruiter, Sourcer, or similar.
