This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Junior Project Manager for eCommerce Projects based in Brazil.

You will support the delivery of digital commerce projects for international clients, translating business requirements into clear, actionable tasks and helping teams achieve their goals. Working alongside experienced project managers, developers, and other specialists, you will gain hand-on experience with project planning, Agile methodologies, resource coordination, and customer communication. You will also explore AI-powered tools and modern eCommerce platforms to improve project delivery, productivity, and quality. Accountabilities

• Complete the onboarding process and introductory training to understand internal workflows, project management practices, tools, and quality standards.
• Translate high-level user stories and business requirements into detailed, actionable tasks, considering platform capabilities, configuration needs, styling, extensions, and custom development.
• Coordinate daily team activities, including stand-ups, sprint planning sessions, demonstrations, and other Agile project ceremonies.
• Maintain project roadmaps, schedules, timelines, and documentation, ensuring that deliverables remain aligned with agreed scope and deadlines.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and elevate blockers, scope changes, technical challenges, and third-party dependencies to senior project managers or delivery managers when necessary.
• Maintain regular communication with clients, internal teams, and external partners to clarify requirements, resolve outstanding questions, and support smooth project execution.
• Evaluate project scope against available resources and coordinate with resource management teams when staffing adjustments are required.
• Provide constructive feedback on team performance, communication, collaboration, and the timely delivery of project milestones.
• Foster a positive, collaborative team environment by encouraging engagement and coordinating team-building or celebratory activities when appropriate.
• Collaborate with internal technical specialists and competency teams to promote best practices, improve delivery quality, and identify opportunities for process optimization.
• Develop a practical understanding of eCommerce platforms, programming frameworks, libraries, and technologies relevant to assigned projects.
• Integrate AI tools, copilots, and other productivity solutions into project management workflows to improve efficiency, task quality, and team coordination.
• Participate in internal learning programs, professional development activities, and relevant certification opportunities to strengthen technical and project management capabilities.

Additional information

• Previous project management experience or a specific academic background is not mandatory. Candidates are evaluated primarily on their practical performance, problem-solving abilities, learning potential, and motivation.
• Familiarity with eCommerce technologies such as Magento, Adobe Commerce, Shopify Plus, Pimcore, Sanity, ScandiPWA, React, JavaScript, PHP, Node.js, and MySQL can be helpful as you develop in the role.
• Knowledge of Agile or Scrum methodologies and experience with digital projects are advantageous but can also be developed through training.
