We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Delivery Coordinator to support the smooth execution of website development projects within a fully remote digital environment. In this role, you will help coordinate teams, track project milestones, and ensure tasks and commitments remain on schedule. Working closely with delivery leadership, developers, designers, QA specialists, clients, and external partners, you will strengthen communication and maintain clear project visibility. You will also help identify blockers, manage dependencies, and translate client requirements into actionable tasks. This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys bringing structure to complex workflows, improving processes, and helping cross-functional teams deliver high-quality digital experiences. The position offers a collaborative, international environment with full-time remote work and some flexibility in working hours.

Accountabilities

• Track project timelines, milestones, task completion, and delivery commitments to help ensure projects stay on schedule.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date project boards using Asana, Kanban methodologies, or similar project management tools.
• Coordinate daily task assignments, follow-ups, and deliverables across internal teams and external partners.
• Keep project statuses, task owners, priorities, deadlines, and next steps clearly documented.
• Identify blockers, missing information, technical dependencies, and potential delivery risks early, escalating issues when appropriate.
• Facilitate communication between clients, delivery leadership, developers, designers, QA specialists, and other stakeholders.
• Translate client requests and project requirements into clear, actionable tasks for developers and other specialists.
• Assist with collecting client content, approvals, access credentials, and other materials needed to complete projects.
• Perform straightforward WordPress or Shopify content updates and administrative tasks when appropriate.
• Support quality assurance activities, standard operating procedure (SOP) documentation, workflow consistency, and continuous process improvement.
• Provide reliable administrative and coordination support to delivery leadership, helping maintain visibility and follow-through without independently managing the entire delivery function.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, operations, customer success, or a related role.
• Experience supporting digital projects, website development, software delivery, or agency environments is preferred.
• Strong familiarity with project management tools such as Asana, Jira, ClickUp, Monday.com, or similar platforms, including Kanban workflows.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities.
• A proactive, accountable approach to work, with strong ownership of deadlines, follow-ups, and outstanding commitments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively across cross-functional and remote teams.
• Ability to recognize blockers, information gaps, dependencies, and potential delivery risks, and communicate them clearly.
• Working knowledge of WordPress, Shopify, or basic software development concepts is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently, maintain accurate documentation, and collaborate effectively in a fully remote environment.
• Availability to work 40 hours per week during standard US Mountain Time business hours, with some flexibility.

• Monthly salary: USD 1,800–2,500.
