Brookfield Asset Management in São Paulo is seeking a Junior HR Analyst to support recruitment, onboarding, and HR operations in a fast-paced corporate environment. You will help maintain employee records, coordinate training, and assist with onboarding/offboarding activities.

The role involves generating HR reports, dashboards, and workforce metrics, and participating in HR projects while upholding confidentiality and professional standards. This position is on-site at our São Paulo office.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (HR, Business Admin, Psychology)
• Prior internship/experience in HR
• Fluent/Advanced English
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Willingness to learn and work collaboratively
