You will maintain data integrity, assist with onboarding/offboarding, and contribute to HR process improvements while collaborating with a diverse team.

The role requires strong English, excellent communication, and organizational skills, with a focus on confidentiality and teamwork.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field and internship/experience in HR.
• Fluent/advanced English required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and confidentiality.

Responsabilidades

Job Description Junior HR Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Support recruitment activities, including job postings, interview scheduling, candidate communication, and onboarding coordination.
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity.
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation and system updates.
• Support learning and development initiatives by coordinating training sessions, maintaining training records, and tracking employee participation.
• Generate HR reports, dashboards, and workforce metrics as requested.
• Participate in HR projects and continuous process improvement initiatives.
• Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Previous internship or experience in Human Resources.
• Fluent / Advanced English.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Willingness to learn and work collaboratively.
