Jobtailor is seeking a skilled Business Analyst in the Barueri area to translate business needs into structured functional requirements and participate in agile ceremonies. You will help design end-to-end flows with detailed business rules and ensure clear input to the backlog.

In this role you will manage the process backlog with strategic prioritization, document rules for alignment with the business area, and lead requirements gathering and validation meetings with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into structured functional requirements; support the construction of end-to-end flows with detailed business rules; actively participate in agile ceremonies, contributing clear functional input to the backlog.
• Efficiently manage the process backlog with strategic prioritization.
• Develop and document business rules in detail, facilitating understanding and alignment with the business area, and support the transition and sustainment between functional definition and technical implementation.
• Facilitate requirements gathering and validation meetings, ensuring understanding by key stakeholders.
