Jobtailor in Brazil seeks a QA Test Analyst to gather business and technical requirements and craft detailed test scenarios. You will execute end-to-end tests, record evidence, and manage defects until resolution, ensuring releases meet rules and reliability.

You will support analysts and developers, analyze incidents, reproduce issues, and validate solutions while monitoring QA metrics to advance test maturity and process improvements.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT or related fields.
• Intermediate proficiency in Excel.
• Experience managing tests using tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, TestLink, Freshdesk or similar.
• Knowledge of SQL for data validation and querying.
• Familiarity with APIs, integrations, logs and error analysis.
• Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
• Experience in similar roles.

Responsabilidades

Responsibilities

• Gather business and technical requirements to create detailed test scenarios and test cases, ensuring alignment with acceptance criteria and expected evidence.
• Execute functional, integration, regression and user acceptance tests, validating end-to-end flows and recording evidence, defects and divergent behaviors for correction.
• Track fixes until full resolution, perform post-adjustment testing, and ensure that deliveries meet business rules and requirements, contributing to reliability in production.
• Support analysts and developers in failure analysis, participate in refinement meetings, and validate deliveries before they are made available to the requester or end user.
• Technically analyze incident tickets related to failures, reproduce reported issues, validate delivered solutions, and ensure service according to established SLAs.
• Document test results and impacts, update QA procedures and artifacts, propose improvements to internal processes, and monitor metrics to advance test maturity.
