• Collect and analyze data related to existing business processes, including performance data, metrics and flowcharts.
• Monitor and maintain the area’s indicators, analyzing historical data to identify potential process deviations and additional improvement opportunities.
• Propose improvements and optimizations to operational and analytical processes, focusing on efficiency, cost reduction and minimizing manual errors, as well as increasing accuracy in operations.
• Develop automations using tools such as Power Automate, Python, C#.NET, SAP Script, VBA macros, Pipefy, Power Apps and other technology platforms.
• Interact with partner areas to gather requirements and gain an understanding of processes.

Requirements

• Completed higher education; a degree in Technology, Engineering or Business Administration is a plus.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel is preferred.
