A leading company in the verification platform space is seeking a Junior Customer Success Manager to enhance client relationships. This role involves managing clients, providing training, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client success. Candidates should have experience in customer success or related fields, with strong analytical skills and proficiency in Google Sheets or MS Excel.
