Hedgepoint is seeking a Junior Client Services Operations Analyst in Campinas or Vila Olimpia, SP, Brazil. The role provides exposure to the full client lifecycle from onboarding to post-trade support, with a focus on accuracy and client satisfaction.

You will work closely with senior team members, handling daily inquiries, documentation, and operational processes while developing knowledge of financial markets and Hedgepoint products.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Engineering or Administration.
• Experience in client services on financial markets.
• Excellent Excel skills and data handling.
• CPA-20 certification is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Support the Client Services team in daily operations and routine requests.
• Assist onboarding processes including document collection and follow-up.
• Support margin calls and client communications under established procedures.
• Assist with bank reconciliations and internal controls.
• Maintain internal systems, reports and client records.
• Provide timely responses to inquiries and escalate issues when needed.
• Support FX/SPOT transaction workflows with partner banks.
• Participate in projects and process improvements affecting client experience.

PURPOSEOFPOSITION

TheJuniorClientServicesOperationsAnalystisresponsibleforsupportingtheClientServicesteamindeliveringoperationalandadministrativeassistancetointernalstakeholdersandexternalclients.

ThisroleservesasanentrypointintotheClientServicesfunction,providingexposuretothefullclientlifecycle,fromonboardingthroughpost-tradesupport.Theanalystwillassistwithdailyoperationalroutines,clientinquiries,accountmaintenance,andprocessexecutionwhiledevelopingknowledgeoffinancialmarkets,commodities,andHedgepoint'sproductsandservices.

MAINRESPONSIBILITIES

• SupporttheClientServicesteamindailyoperationalactivitiesandroutinecustomerrequests.
• Assistincustomeronboardingprocesses,includingdocumentcollection,tracking,andfollow-upactivities.
• Supportdailymargincallactivitiesandclientcommunicationsunderestablishedprocedures.
• Assistwithbankreconciliationsandoperationalcontrols.
• Monitorandupdateinternalsystems,reports,andclientrecords.
• Actasaliaisonbetweenclientsandinternaldepartments,ensuringrequestsaredirectedappropriatelyandresolvedefficiently.
• Providetimelyresponsestoclientinquiriesandescalateissueswhennecessary.
• SupportFX/SPOTtransactionworkflowswithpartnerbanks.
• AssistinEFR/EFSpositiontransferprocessesandrelateddocumentation.
