CI&T is seeking a highly motivated Tech Leader/Architect to join a 100% on-site mobile project in Campinas. You will lead Android architecture, drive Kotlin-based development, and guide the team through an Agile/Scrum process on a financial market solution.

Ideal candidates bring proven leadership in mobile teams, strong Android experience, and excellent English communication. Join CI&T to collaborate with a global client and shape innovative financial products.

Qualificações

• Proven track record as Tech Leader, preferably on mobile teams.
• Extensive mobile architecture experience, especially Android.
• Hands-on Android development and/or testing background.
• Strong Kotlin experience and proactivity in leadership roles.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication.

Responsabilidades

• Lead mobile project architecture and delivery for financial market apps.
• Mentor and coordinate the Android development team in an Agile environment.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical solutions and milestones.

We are looking for a highly motivated and talented Tech Leader/Architect to join our team on a mobile project using Android. The products developed are intended for clients in the financial market, providing information and facilities for purchasing mutual funds, ETFs, retirement plans, bonds, and other financial products. If you are passionate about technology, eager to be part of a challenging project, and ready to embark on a journey of adventures in the financial market, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Requirements for this challenge:

• - Proven track record as a Tech Leader, ideally on Mobile teams
• - Vast experience with Mobile Architecture, ideally on an Android context
• - Experience working with Android development and/or testing
• - Vast experience with Kotlin
• - Great English communication skills
• - Proven experience in a leadership role within an Agile or Scrum environment would be nice to see.

Nice to have:

• - Some experience with Node.js or reading and understanding Node applications.
• - Desired experience with Adobe tools such as Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics, AEM, etc.
