CI&T in Campinas is seeking a highly motivated Tech Leader/Architect to guide an Android-based mobile project for a major financial client. The role focuses on architecture, Kotlin development, and Agile leadership to deliver robust mobile solutions.

The position requires 100% on-site work at our Campinas office, close collaboration with cross-functional teams, and mentorship of engineers as we build solutions for mutual funds and other financial products. Strong English communication is valued.

Qualificações

• Proven track record as a Tech Leader, ideally on Mobile teams.
• Vast experience with Mobile Architecture, ideally on an Android context.
• Experience working with Android development and/or testing.
• Vast experience with Kotlin.
• Great English communication skills.
• Proven experience in a leadership role within an Agile or Scrum environment would be nice to see.
• Nice to have Node.js experience reading Node applications.
• Familiarity with Adobe tools such as Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics, AEM is a plus.

Requirements for this challenge

• Proven track record as a Tech Leader, ideally on Mobile teams
