CI&T is seeking a highly motivated Tech Leader/Architect to join our Campinas team for a mobile Android project in the financial sector. The role focuses on leading mobile architecture and development efforts, with emphasis on Kotlin and testing, within an Agile environment.

The position requires proven leadership in mobile teams, strong English communication, and on-site work at our Campinas office. We offer an extensive benefits package and opportunities to impact financial market solutions.

• Proven track record as a Tech Leader, ideally on Mobile teams.
• Extensive experience with Mobile Architecture in an Android context.

We have a special project with one of our largest international clients in the financial area, which requires you to work 100% on-site at our Campinas office.

We are looking for a highly motivated and talented Tech Leader/Architect to join our team on a mobile project using Android. The products developed are intended for clients in the financial market, providing information and facilities for purchasing mutual funds, ETFs, retirement plans, bonds, and other financial products. If you are passionate about technology, eager to be part of a challenging project, and ready to embark on a journey of adventures in the financial market, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Requirements for this challenge

• Proven track record as a Tech Leader, ideally on Mobile teams
• Vast experience with Mobile Architecture, ideally on an Android context
• Experience working with Android development and/or testing
• Vast experience with Kotlin
• Great English communication skills
• Proven experience in a leadership role within an Agile or Scrum environment would be nice to see.

Nice to have

• Some experience with Node.js or reading and understanding Node applications.
• Desired experience with Adobe tools such as Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics, AEM, etc.
