CI&T is seeking a Master Android Developer to join our Campinas, on‑site team for a major American client. You'll build scalable Android apps in Java/Kotlin, use modern patterns, and collaborate with cross‑functional peers daily in English. This role is 100% in‑person in Campinas.

You'll work in a mature CI/CD environment with GitHub Actions, participate in code reviews, and contribute to ongoing app enhancements and quality improvements.

Qualificações

• Experience as Android Developer using Java and Kotlin.
• Solid Kotlin knowledge and coding conventions.
• DI techniques with Dagger or Hilt.
• REST, MVVM, MVC and Clean architecture patterns.
• JUnit unit testing and Espresso UI testing.
• CI/CD with GitHub Actions and multi‑team Git Flow.
• Conversational English.

We are looking for a Master Android Developer to work with us serving one of the major American investment clients. This position requires living in Campinas to work on site every day and is 100% in‑person. Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the CI&T team to meet the demands of a client in the financial sector.
• Perform agile deployments, ensuring the quality and stability of the product.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify, prioritize, and implement enhancements and bug fixes to improve system performance and user experience.
• Develop and maintain robust, scalable, and efficient code to support our applications’ ongoing development and maintenance.
• Conduct thorough testing and debugging of code to ensure high‑quality deliverables.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to fellow team members.

Requirements

• Previous experience as an Android Developer using Java and Kotlin.
• Solid experience with the Kotlin language and coding conventions.
• Knowledge of dependency injection techniques with Dagger or Hilt.
• Knowledge of software architectural patterns such as REST, MVVM, MVC, and Clean architecture.
• Experience in unit testing with JUnit and automated UI testing with Espresso.
• Familiarity with componentization of interface elements and basic knowledge of Material Design.
• Experience with code versioning using Git and familiarity with Git Flow working with multiple teams.
• Knowledge/experience working in a mature CI/CD environment with GitHub Actions.
• Conversational English level.

Nice to have

• Experience migrating from Java to Kotlin in Android apps.
• Experience migrating from single‑module to multi‑module architecture.
• Experience supporting QA Engineers with E2E automation with Appium.
• Feature‑toggle and trunk‑based development experience.
• Some experience with Node.js or understanding of Node applications.
• Desired experience with Adobe tools such as Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics, AEM, etc.
