CI&T in Campinas, SP is seeking an experienced iOS Tech Lead to drive native iOS development for a major American client. You will mentor peers, define architecture, and collaborate across UX, Android, Web, and Back End teams while ensuring quality and timely delivery.

The role demands deep Swift expertise, mastery of MVVM, REST, SOLID, and modern iOS tooling, plus strong English communication. You will lead by example, shape best practices, and push CI/CD improvement across the mobile stack.

Qualificações

• Experience as an iOS Developer or in a similar role.
• Solid experience with Swift.
• Knowledge of REST, MVVM, and Clean architecture.
• Experience with Protocol Oriented Programming and SOLID.
• Experience with notifications, animations, Swift Concurrency and Combine.
• Continuous integration.
• Strong experience with Git and SCM.
• Experience with XCTest and XCUITest.
• Advanced oral and written communication skills in English.

Responsabilidades

• Develop highly functioning native iOS applications while contributing to improving our iOS coding standards and architecture
• Mentor and onboard new developers, design training plans, and provide technical support to other iOS developers
• Implement new functionality working collaboratively with UX, other domain developers (Android, Web, and Back End), and QA throughout each project
• Set and maintain project priorities in coordination with Team Leads and Project Managers and also keep your technical skills and knowledge up to date

• Experience with unit and integration testing, using XCTest and XCUITest
• Experience with iOS programming libraries such as Swift Concurrency and Combine
• Advanced oral and written communication skills in English
