CI&T, a leader in AI-enabled digital transformation, seeks an experienced Project Manager in Brazil to oversee multiple initiatives across Supply Chain and Customer Experience. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, drive project plans, and ensure delivery excellence.

You will work with English-speaking stakeholders, apply Agile practices, and mentor teams while maintaining rigorous communication and documentation standards.

Qualificações

• Fluent English to effectively engage with development teams and business stakeholders.
• Proven experience managing IT/project management space.
• Ability to manage competing priorities while coordinating multiple stakeholders across projects.
• Experience with PM methodologies, including Agile practices.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive mindset to lead discussions, influence decisions, and drive project completion.
• Familiarity with project management tools and software to enhance productivity.

Responsabilidades

• Manage multiple projects in parallel with timely delivery and alignment to business objectives in Supply Chain and Customer Experience domains.
• Proactively communicate with teams to obtain status updates, track progress, and identify risks early.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including timelines and resource allocation.
• Facilitate regular project meetings and workshops to gather feedback and resolve issues.
• Document project processes, workflows, and standards for consistency and compliance.

Join our team in a critical role that integrates project management expertise with a focus on Supply Chain and Customer Experience initiatives. As a Project Manager, you will oversee multiple projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. Your mission is to drive project success through proactive communication, status tracking, and effective resource management.

Key Responsibilities

• - Manage multiple projects in parallel, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives in the Supply Chain and Customer Experience domains.
• - Proactively communicate with teams to demand status updates, track progress, and identify potential risks or issues early in the project lifecycle.
• - Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables, ensuring clarity and alignment across all parties.
• - Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget management.
• - Facilitate regular project meetings and workshops to gather feedback, resolve issues, and ensure team engagement.
• - Document project processes, workflows, and operational manuals to ensure standardization and compliance with organizational standards.
• - Coach and mentor team members on project management best practices and support their professional development.

Requirements for this Position

• - Fluent communication in English to effectively engage with development teams and business stakeholders.
• - Proven experience in project management within the IT space.
• - Strong ability to manage competing priorities effectively while engaging multiple stakeholders across various projects.
• - Experience with project management methodologies, including Agile practices.
• - Excellent communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
• - A proactive mindset with the capability to lead discussions, influence decisions, and drive project completion.
• - Familiarity with project management tools and software that enhance productivity and collaboration across teams.

• - Previous experience managing IT projects within the Supply Chain and Customer Experience sectors.
• - Understanding of technologies and tools that support supply chain optimization and enhance customer experiences, such as ERPs.
