CI&T in Brazil is seeking a Data Product Manager to lead data-driven initiatives and develop impactful analytics solutions for our clients.

You will connect business needs, technology, and data to deliver scalable data products, collaborating with Data Engineers, Data Scientists, and stakeholders.

The role requires strategic thinking, experience with data analytics, and a track record of leading cross-functional teams to deliver business value.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the complete lifecycle of data products from ideation to deployment and improvement.

• Understand data architectures, ETL/ELT pipelines, integrations, and analytics platforms.
• Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements for tech teams.
• Perform data profiling to identify patterns and opportunities for value.
• Define metrics and KPIs to measure data product impact.
• Validate solutions with users and stakeholders to ensure fit for purpose.
• Foster a data-driven culture and AI/automation adoption within teams.
• Lead cross-functional teams and support professional growth.

CI&T is looking for a Data Product Manager to lead data-driven initiatives and drive the development of impactful analytics solutions for our clients.

We are seeking a professional with a strong strategic mindset, product-oriented thinking, and experience within the data and analytics ecosystem. This person will be responsible for connecting business needs, technology, and data to deliver scalable, high-value data products.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete lifecycle of data products, from ideation and development to deployment, optimization, and continuous improvement.
• Define and prioritize data product roadmaps, balancing business needs, technical feasibility, and stakeholder expectations.
• Partner with cross-functional teams, including Data Engineers, Data Scientists, Analytics Specialists, and business stakeholders.
• Understand data architectures, ETL/ELT pipelines, integrations, and analytics platforms to support product decisions and strategic direction.
• Translate business needs into clear, actionable, and achievable requirements for technical teams.
• Perform data profiling and analysis to identify patterns, relationships, and opportunities for value creation.
• Define metrics, KPIs, and success criteria to measure the performance and impact of data products.
• Validate solutions with users and stakeholders to ensure they meet business needs and expectations.
• Foster a data-driven culture and support the adoption of AI and automation within team workflows.
• Lead and influence cross-functional teams while supporting the growth and development of the professionals involved in data initiatives.

Requirements

• Advanced English communication skills (written and spoken).
• Experience working with international clients.
• Previous experience in Data, Analytics, Business Intelligence, or related fields.
• Experience managing products, projects, or data-driven initiatives.
• Strong value-based prioritization and risk management skills.
• Strategic thinking, product mindset, and focus on business impact.
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Team leadership experience or proven ability to lead complex initiatives.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Data Visualization and/or Advanced Analytics.
• Knowledge of data intelligence platforms such as Databricks.
• Familiarity with project and product management tools.
• Experience with Artificial Intelligence initiatives applied to data products.
