CI&T seeks an AI Orchestrator to lead delivery of AI-driven software engineering initiatives in a fast-paced environment. You will translate missions into delivery plans, manage risks, and align stakeholders across technical and business sides.

The role blends engineering delivery, project coordination, and client engagement, requiring strong ownership and an ability to steer projects end-to-end in dynamic client contexts.

• Proven ability to take an initial mission and scope, own it end-to-end, and evolve it independently for both yourself and your team.

• Ability to operate effectively in fast-moving environments with changing information and priorities.

• Support the engineering team in maintaining momentum while balancing client expectations and project objectives.
• Operate with a high degree of autonomy, adapting plans and priorities as new information emerges.
• Create structure and clarity in fast-moving environments while enabling the engineering team to focus on execution.

About the Role

We are looking for an AI Orchestrator to lead and coordinate the delivery of software engineering initiatives within a fast-paced, AI-driven development environment.

This role sits at the intersection of engineering delivery, project coordination, and client engagement. You will work closely with engineering teams and technical stakeholders to translate an initial mission and scope into a clear delivery plan, maintain alignment throughout execution, and ensure progress, risks, dependencies, and outcomes are effectively communicated.

The ideal candidate combines strong project ownership and stakeholder management skills with practical experience supporting software engineering teams that use AI-driven development methodologies.
