Qualificações

• At least 1 year of working experience as a Bar Steward or similar roles within the Hotel or Cruise Industry.
• Good knowledge of international drinks, coffees, cocktails and beverage equipment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adaptable to change, flexible and accommodating changes in business needs.
• Fluent English language skills, both verbal and written.

Responsabilidades

• Actively assists the Bartender in setting up the assigned bar location following company standards.
• Ensures guest and teammate orders are promptly and accurately recorded through the onboard POS system.
• Manages and promotes any company initiatives to guests without jeopardizing their enjoyment of the beverage experience.
• Follows all beverage accounting procedures and reports irregularities.
• Assists in any bar inventory accounts as directed.
• Takes ownership and accountability for inventory when assigned.

The position involves assisting bartenders, accurately recording guest and teammate orders through the onboard POS system, managing inventory, and promoting company initiatives while delivering a personalized service experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Actively assists the Bartender in setting up the assigned bar location following company standards.
• Ensures guest and teammate orders are promptly and accurately recorded through the onboard POS system.
• Ensures any OceanNow orders are delivered in a timely manner, fully utilizing all the tools of the application to provide a personalized service that exceeds guest expectations.
• Actively promotes any company initiatives to guests without jeopardizing their enjoyment of the beverage experience.
• Follows all beverage accounting procedures and reports irregularities to the Bar Supervisor or Bar Manager.
• Assists in any bar inventory accounts as directed by the Bar Supervisor or Bar Manager.
• Takes full ownership and accountability for inventory when assigned to the crew bar.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
