What role you will play in our team

We are seeking a seasoned IT Systems Analyst with proven expertise in automation, intelligent document processing, and cloud infrastructure. The ideal candidate will demonstrate solid proficiency in RPA (preferably with UiPath), scripting, DevOps practices, and system administration. This role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable systems and automation solutions to support business operations and digital transformation initiatives.

The candidate must be comfortable collaborating with global teams and navigating diverse cultural environments, including Brazil, Bangkok, India, and Houston.

What you will do

Automation & Intelligent Document Processing

• Develop and maintain RPA solutions, preferably using UiPath.
• Implement Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) workflows to streamline document handling and data extraction.

Infrastructure & Cloud Systems

• Design and manage cloud infrastructure (AWS and/or Azure) following Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles.
• Collaborate with Managed Service Providers (MSPs) to set up and maintain virtual environments for development, testing, and production.
• Ensure systems are secure, updated, and optimized for performance.

DevOps & Scripting

• Use GitHub for version control and scripting automation.
• Create scripts to automate repetitive tasks (e.g., Office 2016 removal).
• Support product lifecycle management through automation and monitoring.

Monitoring & Reporting

• Collect and analyze system usage and performance metrics.
• Build dashboards and reports (e.g., Power BI) to support decision-making and operational oversight.

Documentation & Compliance

• Maintain internal documentation, knowledge base articles, and wikis.
• Validate MSP operational activities and ensure compliance with change management procedures.
• Implement updates and modifications following formal protocols to minimize risk.

About you

• Proven experience in automation, cloud infrastructure, and scripting, with hands‑on expertise in tools such as UiPath, AWS/Azure, GitHub, and Power BI.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, with active participation in ceremonies like sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, and retrospectives.
• Clear and professional communication with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Effective collaboration across departments and with global teams (Brazil, Bangkok, India, Houston).
• Adaptable and proactive, with a focus on identifying opportunities for improvement and driving innovation.
• AZ-900 certification is considered a plus.
• Advanced English proficiency.
