Job summary

BRA - KANTAR IBOPE Pesquisa de Mídia Ltda is seeking a remote IT Support professional to triage and resolve tickets, provide remote first-level support, and collaborate on IT projects. You will analyze problems, propose improvements, and work with the Digital Workspace team to implement solutions.

We help partners understand the changing advertising landscape. Specialising in audience measurement, consumer targeting and in-depth intelligence into paid, owned and earned media, their global coverage and local expertise enable better understanding of media audiences and their relationships with brands. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform triage, resolve tickets (incidents, requests, and questions), or elevate to specialized teams when necessary
• Provide remote first-level support for tickets (incidents, requests, and questions) from company employees
• Problem analysis
• Analyse and propose process improvements
• Regularly update area controls
• Implement technical definitions as part of a team
• Work on Digital Workspace team activities as required by demand

Technical Skills:

• Must have: Completed degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related fields
• Experience in IT technical support, having worked with Google Workspace (GWS) Administration, Windows (Workstation), Office/Microsoft 365 and iOS/MacOS (Mobile and MacBook) environments
• Advanced English
• Knowledge of Google Workspace – Administrative Environment
• MS OFFICE 365 – Administrative Environment
• Active Directory (AD) and Azure (ID-ENTRA)
• MacOS operating systems

Nice-to-Have:

• Knowledge of tools: Cryptography, antivirus, computer formatting and Active Directory (AD)
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting
• MS Power Platform (low-code)
• Language: Intermediate Spanish
• Certifications

• ITIL 4 Foundation or higher
• Microsoft 365 Fundamentals (MS-900)

Working hours: 04:00 – 13:00 (Covering part of the time zone of the Northern Hemisphere from Brazil).
