INDI is seeking an IT Support Analyst to join our internal Help Desk and assist IT users with technical issues. This role offers growth within our engineering team and opportunities to advance.

You will support Windows 10, Mac OS, Android, AWS, and networking, handle hardware purchases, and help manage access cards while collaborating with a growing team and using Jira for issue tracking.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of hands-on IT support in an internal help desk.
• Experience with Windows 10, Mac OS, Android, AWS, and networking.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; strong interpersonal skills.
• Organized and detail-oriented; able to work in a team and independently.
• Able to manage multiple projects with effective delivery.
