Job summary

Merck Group seeks an experienced IT Project Manager to lead Business & End User Solutions, driving IT projects from initiation to deployment while aligning with business objectives and transformation goals.

You will collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners to optimize processes, user experiences, and digital initiatives across the organization.

Qualifications

• Strong stakeholder, communication, and relationship management skills.
• Excellent organisational, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience managing project budgets, resources, vendors, and project governance.
• Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies.
• PMP project management certification preferred.
• 8+ years' experience delivering IT projects in a complex global environment.
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Azure DevOps, or similar.
• Good understanding of business systems, applications, and enterprise IT environments.
• English language proficient.

Your Role

We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to join our Business & End User Solutions team. You will lead the delivery of business-focused technology projects that improve business processes, enhance user experiences, and support digital transformation initiatives across the organisation. Working closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners, you will be responsible for delivering projects from initiation through to deployment and handover while ensuring alignment with business objectives.
