Job Description

Work as a support IT analyst in BDS (Business Delivery Service) for ERP (SAP) and NON ERP applications focused on Manufacturing, Quality, and Plant Maintenance business functions.

What are we looking for?

• IT Background and Experience with SAP (MM, PM, PP)
• Experience supporting, developing, or being a member of projects around application services
• Knowledge of ITIL, PMI, Agile, DevOps, Scrum
• Vendor and Stakeholder management skills
• Fluent in English

What will be your key responsibilities?

• Global Product Management
• Manage demand with the business, including escalation of incidents/requests/problems/demands, supported by a Senior Analyst
• Document solutions according to defined rules to ensure supportability
• Participate in Communities of Practice related to functional and technical areas
• Assist with change management activities, including releases and production slots
• Manage financial health per application and plan next year's budget in partnership with leadership
• Lead global functional and technical projects/activities
• Collaborate with business to translate requirements into IT solutions and ensure customer satisfaction
• Manage and execute minor technical design, development, and configuration activities
• Identify and develop automation opportunities
• Propose and develop improvements as part of Problem Management
• Drive high-impact activities like Security Patches and Disaster Recovery
• Manage licenses visibility and efficiency
• Involve in minor programs/projects from design to go-live, including Service Introduction
• Improve collaboration and application stability, drive automation
• Conduct application Service Reviews with vendors to monitor KPIs and ensure contract compliance
• Global Vendor management and Service management with 3rd party vendors
• Manage relationships, perform service reviews, and monitor metrics
• Identify improvement opportunities and propose plans
• Challenge vendors on automation and monitor progress
• Act as escalation point and main contact for operational issues
• Communicate updates from Mars/MGS/BDS to vendors
• Run RFP processes for IT solutions as needed
• Coordinate with Finance for budget planning, PO, invoices, etc.
