Qualifications
- Formação superior em negócios, gestão de projetos, TI ou experiência equivalente.
- Experiência comprovada em gestão de projetos.
- Experiência em gestão de mudanças.

- Ótimas habilidades de comunicação escrita e falada.
- Capacidade de simplificar conceitos complexos.
- Capacidade de interagir com diferentes níveis hierárquicos.

Responsibilities
- Fornecer suporte ao Diretor de IT PMO e aos líderes da comunidade de TI.
- Aplicar processos, metodologias e padrões de IT PMO para entrega de projetos.
- Orientar Gerentes de Projeto e partes interessadas sobre processos de gestão de projetos.
- Criar, manter e melhorar documentação, padrões, procedimentos e modelos do IT PMO.
- Contribuir para evolução da governança de TI corporativa.
- Conduzir atividades de governança e revisão do IT PMO, incluindo agendas de reuniões, coordenação de partes interessadas, ações, relatórios e dashboards.
- Analisar dados de desempenho de projetos, portfólio, risco e operações para identificar tendências e riscos.
- Executar reports de desempenho a partir de vários sistemas e transformá-los em insights.
- Realizar revisões de qualidade de dados para garantir precisão dos dados.
- Colaborar com ServiceNow e outras equipes para melhorar processos, fluxos de trabalho e captura de dados.
- Identificar projetos/portfólios em risco e apoiar planejamento de mitigação.
- Desenvolver materiais de treinamento, apresentações e recursos educativos.
- Escrever e distribuir comunicações e materiais para promover adoção de processos.
- Demonstrar melhoria contínua buscando aumentar o valor do PMO.
- Desenvolver capacidades de relatório, analytics e colaboração.

The IT PMO (Project Management Office) sits within the overarching IT SOE (Strategy & Operational Effectiveness) that rolls up under our CIO. Our IT PMO governance model is a "light PMO" that operates in a Hybrid model. As a member of the IT PMO (Project Management Office) team, you will work closely with the IT PMO Director, as well as PMs, team members, & leaders across the IT Enterprise. Additionally, you may work with other leaders and team members who are a part of the IT SOE team.
As a member of the IT PMO team, Wabtec is looking for an individual to support a best-in-class IT PMO. The IT PMO Analyst role reports directly to the IT PMO Director and is responsible for supporting both the IT PMO and the IT PM community with communications, documentation, change management, and risk management.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, project management, IT, or related field or 10 years work related experience.
- Proven experience in project management.
- Experience in change management.
- Experience in finance.
- Strong communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Ability to simplify and communicate complex concepts.
- Ability to seamlessly interact with various levels of skills.
- Ability to suspend judgement, to appreciate the unique perspectives of others.
- Ability to motivate and support those within our IT PM community.
- Highly organized, able to balance multiple tasks and work independently.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with and analyze various data sets.
- Strong MS Excel skills, including advanced experience with pivot tables and chart skills.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as MS Project, Smart Sheet, Rally, Service Now SPM, etc.Project management certification (ie., CAPM, PMP, CSM, CPM, ACP, APM) preferred but not required.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing support to both the IT PMO Director & leaders in the IT community.
- Support Enterprise IT project and program delivery through the application of IT PMO processes, methodologies, governance framework, and standards.
- Provide guidance to Project Managers and IT stakeholders on project management processes, governance requirements, reporting expectations, and data quality questions.
- Create, maintain, and continuously improve IT PMO documentation, standards, procedures, templates, and supporting materials.
- Support the evolution and maturation of Enterprise IT governance, project delivery, reporting, and operational effectiveness practices.
- Coordinate and administer IT PMO governance and review processes, including meeting agendas, stakeholder coordination, action tracking, reporting, dashboards, and related communications.
- Analyze project, portfolio, risk, and operational performance data to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and areas requiring leadership attention.
- Run and consolidate performance reports from multiple systems, transforming data into meaningful insights and recommendations for stakeholders.
- Perform data quality reviews and validation activities to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and completeness of IT PMO reporting and portfolio data.
- Partner with ServiceNow and other technology teams to improve IT PMO processes, workflows, reporting capabilities, and data capture requirements.
- Identify projects, programs, and portfolios at risk and work collaboratively with teams to support mitigation planning and issue resolution.
- Develop, maintain, and deliver training materials, presentations, job aids, and educational resources for Project Managers and other IT stakeholders.
- Author and distribute communications, articles, presentations, emails, and other materials that promote awareness, understanding, and adoption of IT PMO processes, governance practices, tools, and Enterprise IT initiatives.
- Demonstrate a continuous improvement mindset by proactively identifying opportunities to enhance IT PMO processes, reporting, governance, stakeholder engagement, and overall effectiveness.
- Pursue ongoing development of reporting, analytics, collaboration, and data management capabilities to enhance PMO value and organizational impact.
