Job summary

Good Job Creations (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking an IT support professional to back local and regional operations. You will handle end-user issues, manage accounts and access, and assist with system deployments and cybersecurity controls.

The role covers Microsoft 365, Azure Active Directory, ERP systems, and SAP support, with travel between offices as needed. A 2–3 year background in IT support and a valid Class 3 licence are preferred.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of IT user support, helpdesk, desktop support, or IT operations experience.
• Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure including networking, hardware, OS, enterprise apps, remote support tools, Active Directory, Microsoft 365 and Azure AD.
• Exposure to SAP or ERP systems is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving, with good communication skills across levels of the org.
• Valid Class 3 driving licence; own vehicle; travel between offices and regional locations.

Job Summary: Join a dynamic IT team supporting users, systems, and infrastructure across local and regional operations while contributing to business-critical technology initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Provide first and second-level technical support for hardware, software, network, system, and end-user issues across local and regional offices.
• Administer user accounts, access rights, and IT resources within Microsoft 365, Azure Active Directory, ERP systems, and related business applications, including onboarding and offboarding support.
• Support the maintenance, monitoring, troubleshooting, and deployment of IT infrastructure, servers, networks, enterprise applications, and cybersecurity controls.
• Manage IT assets, software licences, inventory records, vendor coordination, and equipment lifecycle activities, including repairs and warranty claims.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in IT user support, helpdesk, desktop support, or a related IT operations environment.
• Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure, including networking, hardware, operating systems, enterprise applications, remote support tools, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and Azure Active Directory. Exposure to SAP or ERP systems is an added advantage.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, organisational, and communication skills, with the ability to support users across different levels of the organisation.
• Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities effectively, and perform well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
• Possess a valid Class 3 driving licence, with own personal vehicle required to attend site meetings, and willing to travel between company offices and regional locations when required.
