R&S CONSTRUCTION AND DESIGN PTE. LTD. seeks a Project Sales Executive to drive commercial renovation opportunities and manage client relations. You will source new projects, coordinate with teams, and conduct site visits to ensure on-time delivery.

Qualificações

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in construction, renovation, fit-out, or project management.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
• Experience in sourcing new clients and managing projects.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated with a sales-oriented mindset.
• Own client network is a plus.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office is an advantage.
• Singapore Class 3 driving licence is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Follow up on handover and after-sales service.
• Work with management to achieve sales targets and project objectives.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Salary range: $2,500–$6,500

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Project Sales Executive.

This role is suitable for candidates with experience in commercial renovation, interior fit-out, construction, or project coordination. Besides bringing in new projects and clients, the candidate will also be involved in project coordination and site management to ensure smooth project delivery.

This is a commission-based position with a transport allowance. Candidates with strong industry connections and the ability to secure projects are highly encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for commercial renovation and fit-out projects

• Source for new clients and follow up on sales enquiries

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, landlords, property management offices and business partners

• Conduct site visits, site measurements and project discussions with clients

• Understand and interpret construction, architectural and M&E drawings

• Prepare quotations, project proposals and project-related documentation

• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams throughout project execution

• Monitor project progress and ensure works are carried out according to project schedule and client requirements

• Attend site meetings, coordination meetings and client meetings

• Assist in managing variation orders, progress claims and project documentation

• Follow up on project handover and after-sales service matters

• Work closely with management to achieve sales targets and project objectives

• Perform any other duties assigned by management

Requirements

• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in construction, renovation, fit-out, or project management

• Proficient in reading and interpreting construction / architectural / structural / M&E drawings

• Familiar with renovation and construction workflow from quotation stage to project completion

• Strong communication, negotiation and client management skills

• Able to work independently and manage multiple projects

• Self-motivated and sales-oriented

• Possess own client network will be an added advantage

• Knowledge of AutoCAD and Microsoft Office will be an added advantage

• Singapore Class 3 driving licence will be an added advantage
