Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end implementation projects for clients and configure digital solutions for each context.

InSights is the digital products unit of Integration Consulting - a venture born in 2024 with a startup mindset inside a consolidated global consultancy. Our mission is to broaden the reach and elevate the quality of Integration's offering through technology-driven digital products that generate recurring revenue and strengthen our brand positioning.

We build products that help our clients implement specific capabilities through a digital platform with ongoing consulting support. Our flagship solution is Profit InSights, a Cost-to-Serve platform that automates the entire P&L-per-client analysis - from data collection to insight generation and action plan tracking - within a structured governance model. But our ambition goes beyond a single product: we aim to build a portfolio of digital solutions that digitize Integration's methodologies and deliver continuous value to our clients.

The Role

As a Tech & Business Consultant, you will sit at the intersection of business consulting, product management and technology. This is not a traditional consulting role, nor a traditional product role - it's a hybrid that combines capabilities from both worlds. Your work will split across two fronts:

Client Implementation

You will lead and support the end-to-end implementation of our digital solutions for clients - from adapting Integration's methodologies to their business reality, to configuring and deploying the platform, to supporting ongoing operations post go-live. You will be the bridge between the client's business needs and the technical solution, managing stakeholders, and ensuring quality delivery throughout.

Product Development

You will contribute to the evolution of our products - identifying gaps from real client usage, proposing new features, and working hands-on with the technical stack to bring improvements to life. You don't need to master our entire stack on day one, but you need genuine curiosity and willingness to get your hands dirty with code, data and technology.

What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end implementation projects for clients and configure our digital solutions for each client's specific context - adapting business rules, data pipelines and governance models
• Manage client relationships during and after implementation, ensuring quality delivery, ongoing satisfaction and continuous value generation
• Participate actively in client governance meetings - listening, identifying opportunities and translating discussions into product improvements
• Guarantee quality support within agreed SLAs, ensuring a positive and consistent client experience with the platform
• Identify product improvement opportunities based on client feedback, usage patterns and market trends
• Collaborate with the team to develop new features, evolve the product and prototype new ideas
• Communicate clearly between the worlds of business and technology - presenting technical results in business language and translating client needs into product requirements
• Contribute to the growth and structuring of the InSights unit - processes, documentation, sales materials, strategy, new product ideation and bringing best practice knowledge from the market
• Work closely with consultants, developers and leadership in a collaborative team
• Actively contribute to the development of team members - sharing knowledge, providing feedback and helping build a high-performance, multidisciplinary team

What We’re Looking For

• Background in management consulting, corporate finance or business operations - you need to understand how businesses work, read a P&L and speak comfortably about financial performance
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business needs into product solutions - you think strategically about what to build and why
• Strong communication skills - you will interact directly with clients and need to present complex concepts clearly, bridging technology and business
• Entrepreneurial mindset - comfort with ambiguity, ability to build things from scratch and excitement about working in a startup-like environment
• Genuine interest and familiarity in technology and willingness to learn and work hands-on with code, data pipelines and digital products
• Fluent English (Spanish is a strong plus and will be required over time)

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with Cost-to-Serve, Pricing or similar business methodologies
• Exposure to technology products, software implementation or digital transformation projects
• Understanding of programming, cloud environments or data engineering concepts - not required, but valued
• Experience working with AI tools in a professional context
