About the Role

Do you enjoy solving tech problems and helping others? We're hiring an IT Support Technician to provide hands-on support for hardware, software, and IT systems across our locations.

This role is perfect for someone who likes variety—you'll troubleshoot devices, manage equipment, and even travel occasionally (up to 240 km). Great for tech lovers who want to grow their skills!

What You’ll Do

• Set up and repair laptops, desktops, and mobile devices (Windows/Mac).
• Fix printers, scanners, and other office equipment.
• Track and manage IT inventory (new setups, repairs, and retirements).
• Support video meetings and company events (audio/video setup).
• Help employees with tech issues—from passwords to hardware failures.
• Work with vendors to coordinate repairs and replacements.
• Prepare reports on equipment status and needs.

Experience: 3-5 years in IT support or a similar role.

• Basic networking (Wi-Fi, Ethernet, IP addresses).
• Microsoft Office/365 support.
• Soft Skills:
• Patience and clear communication (you’ll help non-tech users daily).
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Practical Needs:
• Driver’s license and car (travel costs covered).
• Portuguese fluency + basic English (for global teams).
• Ability to lift 20-25 kg (equipment handling).

Nice-to-Have: IT certifications (A+, MCP) or call-center experience.
