Ultipro is seeking a logistics operations professional in Campinas to help interface with internal and external teams, gather information, and input performance data. The role focuses on identifying improvement opportunities, client satisfaction, and maintaining clear communication with clients and vendors.

You will monitor daily performance, keep KPIs up to date, and provide quotes when needed. Strong planning, data analysis, and collaboration skills are essential to drive efficient

Qualificações

• Bachelors degree in International Business/Logistics or related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with international operations and freight/logistics optimization.
• Excellent planning, time management, collaboration, decision making, organization, and presentation.
• Ability to develop and document processes and procedures.
• Strong team player able to collaborate with stakeholders and manage conflicts professionally.

Responsabilidades

• Interface with internal and external departments to gather information and provide input on performance measurement.
• Identify opportunities for improvements, including analyzing client satisfaction and ensuring excellent service.
• Maintain clear and accurate communication with Clients, Vendors and Origin Stations.
• Follow up daily performance reports to achieve goals.
• Feed the system properly to keep Import-related KPIs up to date and organized.
• Provide quotes/costs when required.

• Interface with applicable internal (company) and external (client) departments to gather information and provide input on all matters affecting the measurement of operations performance;
• Evaluates and identify potential opportunities for improvements, including analyzing client satisfaction, and ensure excellent service;
• Maintain a very clear and accurate communication with Clients, Vendors and Origin Stations;
• Follow up own daily performance reports to accomplish the goals;
• Feed the system properly in order to keep Import-related KPIs up to date and well organized;
• Provide quotes/costs when required.

Other Skills/Abilities:

• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations
• Must have strong verbal and written communication skills;
• Knowledgeable of international operations and freight/logistics optimization;
• Excellent planning, time management, collaboration, decision making, organization, and presentation;
• Ability to develop and document processes and procedures;
• Strong team player, able to collaborate with stakeholders, engage senior management, and handle conflicts professionally and flexibly.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft office pack (Outlook, Excell, Word).

Education and Experience:

• Bachelors Degree in International Business/Logistic or related field;
