Customer Intelligence Inc. is seeking a Junior Implementation Specialist to lead end-to-end implementation projects for electronic payment processing in Latin America, based in São Paulo with a hybrid work model.

You will collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure successful integrations. The role requires 3–5 years in project management or technical implementation, knowledge of payment processing systems and APIs, and bilingual English/Spanish communication.

• Knowledge of payment processing systems, APIs, and network services.
• Strong English and Spanish communication skills.

Are you ready to dive into the world of electronic payments in Latin America?

Customer Intelligence Inc. is looking for a Junior Implementation Specialist to join our team in São Paulo, Brasil (hybrid), supporting key clients in the financial industry for Mastercard.

• Hybrid work model (on-site at Mastercard)
• Independent contractor scheme (professional services agreement) LTDA
• Initial contract duration: 12 months, with high probability of renewal

What you'll do:

• Lead end-to-end implementation projects for electronic payment processing
• Conduct system impact analysis and customer needs assessments
• Oversee customer testing and ensure quality of integrations
• Advise clients' technical teams and ensure product compliance
• Collaborate with senior and executive stakeholders across the region

What we're looking for:

• 3–5 years of experience in project management or technical implementation
• Knowledge of payment processing systems, APIs (Java / open languages), and network services
• Strong communication skills in English and Spanish (bilingual)
• Experience in IT systems, development methodologies, and cross-functional team leadership
