Jobtailor is seeking professionals to implement and configure the Benner Saúde solution for clients, remotely or on-site in Brazil. You will gather requirements, map processes, and deliver training on implemented modules.

The role requires basic SQL knowledge, experience with healthcare management systems, and strong communication to handle data migrations and client requests within deadlines.

Qualificações

• Experience in configuring and implementing management systems, preferably healthcare-focused.
• Strong SQL skills and data mapping abilities.
• Experience delivering user training and gathering requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Execute implementations of the Benner Saúde solution remotely or on-site.

• Support data migration from legacy systems.
• Respond to ad hoc requests via phone, email, or ticketing system.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related fields.
• Experience in the health plan/operator market, either as an employee or a vendor;
• Experience with support, implementation, or configuration of management systems (preferably healthcare-focused);
• Basic knowledge of SQL and/or VBA;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Organized and committed to deadlines and deliverables;
• Proactive and willing to learn;
• Analytical skills and logical reasoning.
