CATALYST, AGCO's global rotational development program, is designed to offer recent college/university graduates seeking their first career with in-depth career experiences, ongoing mentorship, and targeted training across a range of business areas. You will be immersed in experiences that directly make a difference. Full-time CATALYST positions allow you to rotate between three or more business areas to help you prepare for your next career steps within AGCO.

We are seeking an entry-level Human Resources & Global Talent Solutions (GTS) team member to participate in the rotational development program. The individual will experience three, 6-month rotations with hands-on project experience on various HR / GTS related teams.

Upon successful completion of the program, career opportunities include roles such as Human Resources Generalist, HR Business Partner, or others at AGCO. Candidates should be interested in a long-term career with AGCO. Your Impact

1. Working on projects focusing on the future of AGCO through people in areas such as workforce planning and employee engagement.
2. Working closely with HRBPs to understand relationships between stakeholders, employees, and support teams.
3. Providing insights on strategic employee development approaches through analysis and business partnerships.
4. Working with data to track the success of projects, programs, and initiatives, and assessing their effectiveness.

Your Experience and Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s/Secondary degree in HR or related field
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work efficiently with employees at various levels, organized, accurate, and thorough
3. Ability to maintain confidentiality
