We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented HR Administration Specialist to support our Chief of Staff, HR, and Talent Acquisition teams across various HR and recruitment operations. You will ensure smooth, efficient people processes aligned with Bizmoni's goals, handling recruitment, onboarding, employee experience, and maintaining HR systems.

The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, results-driven, and proactive in improving workflows, comfortable with ATS and CRM platforms, and managing data in a dynamic startup environment.

What we expect:
  • Flexible hours to meet deadlines and attend meetings as per your schedule.
  • Fluent in English; Spanish and Portuguese are a plus.
  • Self-motivated with remote discipline and the ability to work independently.
  • Goal-oriented and proactive problem solver.
  • Own equipment: computer with camera and reliable internet.
  • Willingness to accept equity as initial compensation until the next funding phase.
  • Commitment of 8-16 hours weekly.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Support HR and recruitment tasks for the Chief of Staff.
  • Coordinate scheduling and communication with candidates.
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding, including documentation and system updates.
  • Maintain accurate HR data in records, ATS, and CRM.
  • Prepare recruitment updates, HR reports, and documentation for leadership.
  • Coordinate with candidates, stakeholders, and vendors for smooth operations.
  • Contribute to process improvements and HR projects.
  • Research and benchmark HR tools, policies, and operational practices.
Job Requirements:
  • At least 3 years in HR administration, recruitment coordination, or related fields.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience with digital tools such as ATS, CRM, and Microsoft Workspace.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a drive for continuous improvement.
  • Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
  • Experience in fast-paced or startup environments is a plus.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Portuguese or Spanish is advantageous.
