This position reports to Vice President – Human Resources and Global Talent

What will be your main responsibilities? The Senior Manager, Human Resources partners with People Leaders and employees within the South America Commercial team to foster a culture that supports diversity, innovation, productivity and continuous improvement; provides consultative and business-focused services to align the people strategy with the business strategy; and addresses HR-related matters. Responsibilities include talent management and development, compensation, benefits, coaching/guidance to people leaders and employees, employee engagement, employee and labor relations, and day to day HR support. In addition, this role provides change management support for business/human capital initiatives in the assigned client groups.

What will you do?

1. HR Business Partnering: Provides HR leadership as a member of leadership teams, develops and implements people and organization strategies, and partners with local and global HR teams to deliver solutions aligned with legal and organizational requirements.
2. Talent Management: Collaborates on talent reviews, succession planning, leadership development, staffing, and organizational structure to meet strategic business needs.
3. HR Programs and Services: Implements HR initiatives including change management, performance management, compensation, compliance, and communication. Manages labor relations and promotes an inclusive, engaged work environment.
4. Employee and Labor Relations: Manages employee and labor relations issues, advises management, and develops solutions to foster positive relationships.
5. People Leadership: Coaches and develops employees, provides feedback, manages performance issues, and supports career development.

What do you need for this role?

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or related field
• Strong English skills, both written and spoken
• Extensive HR experience
• Knowledge of employment laws and practices
• Change management experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS systems like Workday or SAP
• Digital mindset and data analytics skills
• HR expertise, client relationship management, business acumen, strategic thinking, and strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and deal with ambiguity
