Role Overview:

As the Senior HubSpot Account Manager, you will optimize clients’ performance and ensure alignment with their strategic objectives by working closely with leaders and stakeholders across their businesses.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Identify and implement the best technology solutions to support clients’ marketing strategies.
  2. Evaluate clients’ tech stacks, recommend onboarding approaches, and develop plans for long-term success.
  3. Suggest strategies to increase customer acquisition, demand generation, and revenue growth.
  4. Lead standard HubSpot onboarding and implementation processes, including research, discovery calls, objective setting, project planning, and client communications.
  5. Maintain all onboarding documents and serve as the account/project manager for onboarding initiatives.
  6. Lead and support the onboarding team as applicable.
  7. Advise clients on HubSpot best practices to maximize platform utility.
  8. Build strong client relationships through transparency, candid communication, and excellent delivery.
  9. Create custom templates, workflows, and functionalities to support clients’ sales, marketing, service, and web processes.
  10. Build customized views, dashboards, and reports for clients.
  11. Ensure data integrity within CRM systems through validation rules, data cleansing, and migrations as needed.
Qualifications:
  1. Proven experience managing HubSpot CRM and marketing automation implementations.
  2. Strong project management skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize effectively.
  3. Excellent communication, client relationship management, and problem-solving skills.
  4. Familiarity with broader marketing technology ecosystems is a plus.
  5. Commitment to continuous learning and staying current with HubSpot updates and industry best practices.
